Really enjoying my fitness and wellness journey so far! In a span of 1 year, I was able to lose 30lbs with a balanced diet (@dietdivaph 1,200-calorie meals on weekdays and cheat meals on weekends), yoga at @yogahiveph 4x a week plus yoga at home everyday, gym 3x a week and the most important factor of all — a positive mindset. I always used to doubt myself and put myself down but when I met my husband @robmananquil (who is truly the most supportive and encouraging partner), he made me see the light. Just when I was on the verge of giving up, always telling myself “hanggang dito na lang ako,” he made me believe in myself and really see my self-worth. Now I understand how important it is to train our minds to be more positive and to not let negativity weigh us down. More than just the physical aspect of this journey, I’m grateful for how awesome and amazing I feel on the inside. Swipe to see a cute and chubby “before” photo of me! 😅🙏🏼💕
