Derek Ramsay and Cristine Reyes confirms relationship

Derek Ramsay confirmed romantic relationship with Cristine Reyes.

"Yeah, we confirmed it yesterday, it’s one day pa lang."

"It’s really weird because I know you heard me say this na wala talagang nangyayari.

"I want everyone to know that’s true.

"We’re both in shock, we both find it really awkward.

"Magkaibigan kami and the last two weeks, the last week and a half, something different happened, and we decided that it’s worth taking the risk...

"It’s just weird and awkward that it turned out this way.

"For me, nagbitaw ako ng salita, 'I’ll never date showbiz... I could never see myself end up with this woman.'"

“In a week and a half, we met up and then again, same scenario na nagbi-vent lang ng stress sa trabaho.

"In a week and a half, we just hang out with each other 'coz I’ve been working every day and it’s really, really stressful.

"I just want to hang out with somebody I can trust and talk to.

"We don’t usually get to hang out this much, every now and then lang kami before.

"Pag may problema lang, tawagan, kulitan, pero wala.

"Pag magkikita sa trabaho, kulitan, then wala.

"Then heto, nagsama kami ng one week and a half, tapos ayun na."

Wala raw ligawang nangyari sa kanila.

“We skipped the whole part na ligawan, we skipped the whole part na putting your best foot forward.

"Kasi kilala na namin ang isa’t isa, ang tagal na naming magkaibigan.

"Problema niya, problema ko, we confide to each other," sabi ni Derek.

“We’re both in the state of shock, it’s really weird.

"One minute, I look at her like one of my boys, one of my buddies.

"Yung best friend ko pa nga, si Michael Kim, sinabi ko sa kanya yung news, sumakay ng eroplano galing Australia to go here, to celebrate because he’s so happy.

"Two years ago nung nakilala niya si Cristine, sinabi niya sa akin, 'Derek, why don’t you date Cristine?'

"Sabi ko, “Mike, that would be like dating you. Cristine is one of the boys.'

"And now, kami na.

"He’s so happy, he’s gonna arrive at 7 tonight."

“I think we share the same personality.

"We’re both very feisty... we’re both honest, sometimes too honest.

"I’ve given advice to Cristine for the longest time about some of her reactions, some of her problems—and she listened.

"The friendship was there and it’s very far from what people say about who she is.

"I got to know the real Cristine and like I said, it’s so weird.”
