Forehead and Hair Line
Hairline or forehead acne is a type of acne that occurs largely on the hairline extending down to the temples. Forehead acne can be in the form of blackheads or whiteheads caused by open pores and excess secretion of sebum and free fatty acids.
An excessively oily scalp can cause sebum to settle on the forehead and this causes acne. Dandruff is also a reason why hairline acne occurs.
Use an anti-acne cleanser each morning and pin back bangs if you have them.

This area connects to the digestive system and breakouts here could suggest you're eating too much foods that can make acne worse, like milk products. Problem area in this location may also indicate a food allergy. Try taking more fruits and vegetables into your diet. Eat less processed food, junk food, and fast food. Reduce the amount of unhealthy fat in your diet.

Around the Eyebrows
Heavy eye shadows and brow gels can cause zits to crop up in and around the eyebrow, but that's not the only cause of brow blemishes. Hair products in bangs that graze the eye area can also cause breakouts, and people who wax or pluck their brows may see pimples result from irritating the hair follicle in that region. Use honey as a skin calming spot treatment.

According to experts these breakouts link to the liver and kidneys.

Talk to your doctor about going on birth control pills which help regulate hormone levels. Sleep early and wake up early, getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Reduce stress as much as possible (yoga, meditating, listening to music, writing in a journal, etc.)

Nose is the prime territory for acne due to lot of oil gland. Massage the area around your nose for better circulation. Make sure you are getting enough Vitamin B.
A breakout in this area can be directly related to blood pressure. Eat less pungent foods, less meat and less salt. Exercise everyday.
